When I was at the EOS Hackathon in Sydney one of the Block One employees was intrigued by my crypto story but asked me, "When are you going to build a proper startup?" I laughed and asked, "You mean hire a bunch of people and dress like I'm important and burn through investor money overtime and then spend everyday asking other venture capitalist for more money?" He laughed and said, "Yeah one of those!"
Maybe I will someday but there is a tons of things I need to do in my life. Some people don't understand but I set out to live an extra ordinary life. At least I know I went for it.

I really dug the message at the beginning of the video, you andI had kind of chatted about that very thing when we metup. I was a little confused the connection to the hackathon story and I took a pill in ibiza, I'm assuming that was the message you wanted to get acrosss int he vdieo is living and not doing shit you dont have to do???
Hahah, Yeah it was a one off message but I guess what I was trying to say is that it would be nice to have funding but I feel like it is a waste of time to just work on constantly pitching Venture Capitalist to fund my project.
Do you feel like you have figured out what you want to focus on now that you are back in Chicago? I'm going to roll down to Florida for a couple of weeks and then after the new year I'm going to kick up the online sales again and try to pump so much volume I will likely get sued by douche bag companies again. lol
That's awesome your heading down to florida. I actually might be heading out to nyc and pittsburg. had a potential opportunity to get paid to go stay at this coworking space in new york and was gonna stop by and see a buddy in pittsburg on my way over there.
i think one mistake ive been making is this half ass working, like if your gonna work go all in or just have fun but doing this half ass work where your not really having fun and where your not really getting real stuff done is just kinda dumb.
i wish i could actually take a step back and just kind of enjoy myself and take some time to myself but i cant relax im kind of a workaholic.
I've been kinda casually looking for work, mainly remote work but I wouldn't be opposed to taking a job for 6 months or a year if it helped up my skills or learn a new industry but I'd be pretty selective about what I did. I recently had an interview for an SEO content specialist at an agency near me started by this 22 year old kid, thought it could be an opportunity to spend time around other people into digital marketing kind of upp my skills and then take those skills and go freelance or launch my own thing.
I'm still kind of directionless but working on a few projects.
Yeah, I certainly feel like I don't enough done and that I'm going half ass.....etc. But hanging around @papa-pepper for a couple of days showed me how insanely much he gets done. It is like once he is working on something he has the camera and is getting all this stuff done and we had so many pictures and footage from that it was nuts. Hopefully I can do the same down in Florida. I want to do some Vloging type videos and see how those go over on my channel. Probably not well since people are getting their ass beat in crypto right now.
