I'm not usually into these long "lofi" music suggestions, but you put something of Japan in the title and I might just check it out. This is a really relaxing piece you could just zone out to, although I don't really get a lot of a Tokyo feel here, I'd totally recommend this to anyone just wanting to zone out on what they're doing.
