Share your favourite music starting with X!

Welcome back to my favourite music...alphabetically.

Favourite Artist: xi

Genre: Artcore
Like V.K, I only know a few songs by xi from the rhythm games their songs feature in. xi specialises in ridiculously fast-paced piano mixed with electronic elements. Some of my favourites include: Halcyon, Parousia, Aragami, Freedom Dive.

Favourite Album: Xenoblade Chronicles Soundtrack

Genre: Video Game Music, Modern Classical (there's definitely some rock in here too, awesome soaring guitars on some songs)
This is possibly the greatest video game soundtrack of all time, pretty much every piece is incredible. The title screen theme is incredibly beautiful, the battle songs are fantastic and each area has two tracks for day and night and most of the time they're both brilliant. Basically everything here is amazing but check out: Title Theme, You Will Know Our Names, Gaur Plains (Day), Mechanical Rhythm, Valak Mountain (Night) and Unfinished Battle (this only plays once in the entire game which I think counts as a crime against humanity).

Favourite Song: Xtal by Aphex Twin

Genre: Ambient Techno
Beautiful, ethereal, soothing ambient electronic. This is the best song on the album it's from for sure, it's incredible. The rest of the album is solid but never hits the heights of this song (the first song) again.
