One of the great old songs of the first half of 1990s. This songs has the elements of a hit. The voice of Dolores O'Riordan is haunting. The lyrics about the war in Ireland that time, and how it affected her. For sure, the voice of Dolores will be missed as heard in such a song.
Zombie became a hit worldwide reaching number 1 to top 10 positions worldwide. It was only a number 14 hit in UK, but it sold well. The song reached number 1 in US Alternative Songs chart, but was not commercially released so it didn't chart in Billboard Hot 100 charts.
From the US, I remember this song and still listen to it frequently. Definitely a classic hit in my book, and Dolores O'Riordan's voice is hauntingly amazing indeed! Nice share :)
