Back in the early 1990s, heartbreak songs are very popular, and Boyz II Men is among those acts who interpreted them well. One of their popular songs is On Bended Knee which is still very popular in radio despite its age.
The song talks about the heartbreak, and apologetic for any wrong done just to reconcile and bring back the love.

It takes humility to swallow one's pride. It doesn't matter if you are blamed and admit responsibility. It shows here that the girl may have mistakes as well, yet the guy is owning just to rekindle and restore the relationship.
On Bended Knee is among those remarkable songs from Boyz II Men's album II, and was a big number 1 hit in Billboard Hot 100. It may not have entered the upper 10 of UK charts, but it managed a top 20 peak.
