Mystic Raven Promotions, SECOND ARTIST REVIEW

Dear Steemians,

Today I will introduce the second artist of this series. He hails from Luxembourg and I know him personally too. He goes by the artists name "Krism". At the moment he is is in Berlin, Germany where he produces his masterfully composed and unique style of psybient downtempo electronic music.

Here is the link to the album itself if you wish to open it up in a tab to listen while reading below my review for 3 of the 6 tracks .

We'll jump into the album itself which is classified by him as Downtempo, Psybient and Chillout.

The very first track "1.Grounding" is a great opening song, the intro is slightly long and progressive but then it switches up into becoming a very solid atmospheric track.

The feeling of the song seems like one is laying back in a hammock somewhere out in aboriginal jungles, and then slowly as one progresses into the dream state, mild images are floating by, yet everything is still rather calm. Grounding, Nurturing, Relaxing, Preparing for the Journey. The heart beat you hear merely whooshing in your veins then suddenly transforms into a beat and carries you on a hypnotic inner journey.

Great First Track and gentle way to open into the rest of the album!

The Second Track is called "2.Know Thyself" and is again very fitting to the song itself, it continues in a similar gentle pattern as "1.Grounding", yet slightly deeper carrying more oomph as it progresses, the dream state has been replaced by a meditative expanse of introspection. A journey travelling through the corridors of the inner psyche.

Finally I will move to my favorite song which is the very last track called "Lunar Epidermis" This one is invigorating, mystical, the sound of planetary spheres and stars travelling to the heart beat of an intergalactic blackhole emanating from the distance a steady kick drum thump as it shreds apart matter in the otherwise grand silence of space. Sight set on Infinity, Destination Eternity. The Scars of the Lunar Epidermis telling the stories of grand adventures survived, yet by man long forgotten, some never even seen or known.

Absolutely great album, I would add that it includes very progressive build ups and changes in the songs. Downtempo Chillout Psybient Progressive, would be a complete description of the sounds you find in these tracks.

Support the Artist if you can and if you really enjoy his craft! Share with others, and let them know about his music. This is another artist that truly deserves a lot more exposure for his work!
