OVERALL
This SR Series are the thinnest bass guitar that designed by Ibanez. The 5-string Bass is using the high specs of qualities combined into a masterpiece with an affordable price and is one of the best classic look with outstanding tone woods.
THE NECK
The neck are made of Five piece Jabota / Bubinga with Jabota Fingerboard and it also designed with SR5 Prestige bolt-on. The inlays are Abalone Oval with the attractive of long grain 24 medium frets.
PREAMP & PICKUPS
The special pickups designed for SR-505 are BARTOLINI MK1-5 (for the neck) and BARTOLINI EQB-3S (at the bridge) that gives you a powerful and punchy lows and it also can produce a crystal clear at the highs. With the 3-band equalizer circuit that easy and quick to play with your preferred style.
with a compartment at the back of the bass guitar to fix a 9V battery to activate the active Bartolini pickups
HEAD & MACHINES
The classic Ibanez SR-Series headstock designed the placement of the machine head with three on top and two at the bottom.
