Introduction to right hand ''swiping'' (not sweeping) - overcoming hand injury.

So , i'm in a bit of a roll with these video lessons hahaha.. they are quite fun and I can explain things a little better by actually showing examples in real time , though some lessons on chords and modes that I will be revisiting will also be accompanied with text and diagrams.
Today I wanted to talk a little bit of right hand ''swiping'' , which is a technique i've been working on for the last few years , after suffering from a right hand injury I had to readapt my playing from pretty much zero and this technique made sense , I actually learned how it was called much later by watching the ''Cracking the Code" series made by guitar player Troy Grady.
