Narwhal Tusk is a Russian symphonic power metal band with female vocal. The project was founded in 2006, in the city of Taganrog, by Dmitry Taranov (guitars, keyboards) and Valentina Yastremskaya (vocals).

Довольно интересная группа Narwhal Tusk по сути является дуэтом вокалистки Валентины Ястремской и человека-оркестра Дмитрия Таранова. Но поскольку становиться студийным проектом у музыкантов желания нет, в коллективе присутствуют и другие участники. Тексты песен в основном лирические, но что касается музыки, то она звание "sympho-power" вполне оправдывает. Единственное, что хотелось бы пожелать, - побольше жесткой гитары, а то порой возникает впечатление, что трогательные тексты оказывают влияние на саунд. Впрочем, это мое личное и субъективное, прошу учесть.
