Another Day! Another Band! - #2
Another day, another band!
Music... sometimes we can find music in the weirdest way possible! Sometimes it's through a friend, sometimes it's in the middle of the mall, sometimes it's on the radio! Music is everywhere!
Today's band was again introduced to me by a friend... the same friend that introduced me to Linkin Park! I don't hang out with him much now since he went from being a giant nerd to being a really hardcore drug seller! But regardless of that...
There I was in his room, we had just finished playing some Guild Wars and I was defragmenting his computer since it was so slow... and I saw this weird folder called "HARDCORE MUSIC!"... My first thought has a normal teenager was "Porn Folder!!", of course I opened it! Let's see what this guy is watching! Well...it wasn't porn...
The folder had 2 hardcore metal bands, Iron Maiden and... SLIPKNOT! I happened to like Slipknot's name more so I opened it. It was love at first sight... well love at first hearing fits better.
The first song I heard was duality if any of you have heard the song it's slow at first but then it goes into full metal mode! I spent almost 1 week just listening to duality! After it, I moved into the other songs... and trust me, there are some really good golden pieces of music in their albums!

Vermillion - Pt2 ( in my opinion any metal band must do a slow song without screams to show the world they can do it too, and this is theirs, it's probably one of the best songs I've heard!)

Motorhead !!!! Holy god! I hadn't listened to motorhead in years! Especially we are the road crew! I love that song!
Metallica is a must IMO, probably going to write about them in a future post. I had the opportunity to watch them live but i couldn't go because of college... stupid college!
Listened to Amon some months back because you sent it to me... i'm still amazed at how deep his voice is!
First time listening to fear factory and that last one is 46min long xD going to play it in the background while i go around other ppl's posts and engage!
