ထို႕အတူ ေဆာင္းဝင္လာသည္ႏွင့္ ခရမ္းခ်ဥ္သီးမ်ားလည္း ေပါမ်ားစြာ ရရွိလာၿပီ ျဖစ္ပါသည္
ထို႕ေၾကာင့္ ရာသီစာ ဟု ဆိုရမည့္ ခရမ္းခ်ဥ္သီးမ်ားအား အမ်ိဳးစံုစြာ ျပဳလုပ္စားေသာက္ရင္း ယေန႕အတြက္ေရးသားမည့္ အေၾကာင္းကေတာ့ ခရမ္းခ်ဥ္သီး ယို ျပဳလုပ္နည္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္
ခရမ္းခ်ဥ္သီး အမ်ိဴ းအစားေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ ရွိသည္တြင္ ခရမ္းခ်ဥ္သီးယို ျပဳလုပ္ရန္အတြက္ အသားထူ အေစ့နည္းသည့္ ခရမ္းခ်ဥ္သီး ျပဳလုပ္စားေသာက္ရင္း ျပဳလုပ္နည္းအား ေရးသားလိုက္ပါသည္

ထို႕ေနာက္ အေစ႔မ်ားဖယ္ရွား၍ ထံုးေရၾကည္ တြင္ ထည့္၍ ၁နာရီခန္႕စိမ္ထားပါ
ထံုးေရၾကည္စိမ္ထားေသာ ခရမ္းခ်ဥ္သီးမ်ားအား ဆယ္ယူၿပီး ေရစစ္ထားပါ
ထို႕ေနာက္ ဇကာက်ဲ ေပၚတြင္တင္၍ ၃နာရီခန္႕ၾကာ ေနလွန္းပးပါ
ၾကိဳမည့္ အိုး တြင္ သၾကား ေရ နို႕ဆီဘူး ၁ဘူးစာ ေရထည့္ၿပီး သၾကားမ်ားျပစ္လာသည္ အထိ ႀကိဳေပးပါ
သၾကားရည္ ျပစ္လာပါက ေသြ႕ေနေသာ ခရမ္းခ်ဥ္သီးဖတ္မ်ားထည့္ ဆားအနည္းငယ္ထည့္ ေမြ ေပးပါ
ခရမ္းခ်ဥ္သီးဖတ္မ်ားအိ ၍ သၾကားရည္မ်ားေစးလာပါက မီးဖိုေပၚမွ ခ် ၿပီး အေအးခံ၍ စားလို႕ရၿပီ ျဖစ္ပါသည္
အရသာရွိ ၿပီး စားလို႕လည္းေကာင္း ရက္ရွည္ အထားခံသည့္ ခရမ္းခ်ဥ္သီး ယို ျဖစ္ပါသည္
