ႏိုင္ငံစီးပြားတိုးတက္သလား
ႏိုင္ငံတစ္ခုရဲ႕စီးပြားေရးတိုးတက္လာသလား က်ဆင္းသြားသလားဆိုတာကို GDP(Gross Domestic Product) နဲ႕ တိုင္းတာရပါသတဲ့။ရွင္းပါတယ္။ တစ္မ်ိဳးသားလံုးရဲ႕ထုတ္ကုန္တန္ဘိုးကိုဆိုလိုတာပါ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ တကယ္တန္း GDP ကိုတြက္ခ်က္တဲ့အခါ
GDP = C + G + I + NX ကိုအေျခခံၿပီးတြက္ပါတယ္။
C = All private consumption (ပုဂၢလိကသံုးစြဲေငြမ်ား)
G = All government spending(အစိုးရသံုးစြဲေငြမ်ား)
I = Investment by businesses (ျပည္တြင္းျပည္ပရင္းႏွီးႁမွပ္ႏွံမႈ)
NX = The country’s net exports (total export - total imports)ထုတ္ကုန္အႏႈတ္သြင္းကုန္(သို႔) အသားတင္ ထုတ္ကုန္တန္ဘိုး။
အထက္ပါအခ်က္အလက္ေတြအေပၚတည္မွီၿပီးတြက္ခ်က္ရပါတယ္။
ဒါ့ေၾကာင့္အစိုးရသစ္က တိုင္းျပည္စၿပီးထူေထာင္ဖို႔မွန္မွန္ကန္ကန္လုပ္မယ္ဆိုရင္ သြင္းကုန္ေတြကိုအမ်ားႀကီးသြင္းရ ေတာ့မွာပါ။သြင္းကုန္တန္ဘိုးျမင္တာနဲ႕အမွ် တိုင္းျပည္တိုးတက္မႈႏႈန္း GDP ကလည္းက်ပါၿပီ။ အဲတာကို မျဖစ္ခ်င္ဘူး GDP တက္လာတာပဲျမင္ခ်င္တယ္ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ သြင္းကုန္ေတြကိုပိတ္ခ်လိုက္ၿပီး ပို႔ကုန္ေတြပဲပို႔ေနရင္ GDP ကေတာ့ ေသခ်ာေပါက္တက္လာမွာျဖစ္ၿပီး တိုင္းျပည္ကိုေရရွည္မွာတိုးတက္လာဖို႔ေတာ့ လံုးဝလုပ္လို႔ရေတာ့မွာမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ဒါေၾကာင့္အစိုးရဆိုတာ ျပည္သူအႀကိဳက္လိုက္ၿပီး တိုင္းျပည္တိုးတက္ပါတယ္ ဆိုတာတစ္ခုတည္းလုပ္လို႔မရပါဘူး။ ဘယ္သူဘာေတြထင္ထင္၊ ဘာေတြေျပာေျပာ တိုင္းျပည္ေရရွည္မွာ ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္လာဖို႔အတြက္ လိုအပ္ေနေသးတဲ့ သြင္းကုန္ေတြကိုခြင့္ျပဳေပးရမွာပါ။
ဒါေၾကာင့္တို႔တိုင္းျပည္တိုးတက္လာသလားဆိုတာ GDP တစ္ခုတည္နဲ႕အဆံုးအျဖတ္ေပးဆံုးျဖတ္၍မရပါေၾကာင္း တင္ျပလိုက္ပါသည္။
