My day as an Engineer: Non stop troubleshooting..
I am on my 4th day here in Grand Land as a testing and commissioning engineer and still stuck in this level of progress for this FDAS project. I am now uploading a certain program in the system that will serve as its backbone and brain of information. It took me several hours to upload the program without the assurance that all features being set will coincide to the devices being installed. If it will show some error, I will then reconfigure the program and reupload it again - that's another set of minutes to consume.
We all use Kidde products for this fire alarm system, a proprietary product of Edwards.
