The cost of packaging of 10 pieces depending on the length of the leash varies from 120 to 150 + rubles. And it is possible to manufacture them independently, using the appropriate material. It will be much cheaper... And most importantly, you can make the right number of leads in different lengths in the amount you need, not 10 pieces, as in the package.
The most popular materials for the self-production of string leads are:
1.) steel wire for guitar strings № 1 and № 2. The most popular for high quality wire strings are the Ramenskoye plant. Now these strings in the most popular numbers 1 and 2 can be bought 100 meters (see link under the photo). The cost of one leash will be within 3 rubles apiece.
2.) Various lead materials with similar string characteristics. I use a special steel wire from the company AFW. This material is packaged in packaging with a length of 9.2 meters. The price of packing 135-170 rubles. The cost of one leash from this leash material will be within 4-5 rubles, depending on the length.
For manufacture of a leash at home it is more convenient to have a special machine for twisting of leks. But the cost of such a machine is not small (from 900 to 1700 rubles), and acquire it mainly for the manufacture of leashes in "industrial " scale. For yourself + friends + for sale...
It will not be a big problem to make the necessary number of leads without this device.
