The mango is the fruit of the mango tree, and has the advantage of not only being delicious, but also full of nutrients. With a particularly important intake of vitamin A and C, but also other vitamins, minerals, fiber and water.

The pectin found in mangoes is not only useful against cholesterol, but also in the prevention of prostate cancer, the same beta carotene they contain. In addition, studies suggest that this fruit may also be effective against breast cancer.

The mangoes also contain iron, and therefore could fight effectively against iron deficiency and anemia. In addition, the high content of mango C vitamin that this fruit is very favorable for a better absorption of iron from the plant.
