Most days I have some sort of tea brewing on my stove or infusion I'm making. Even though dandelions are not in season, this time of year I will use the roots in my tea mix. I use dandelion flowers for topical oils and tea infusions. Most "weeds" that we are told to believe are best to eradicate, are the most medicinal plants of our magical Planet.
