NATURAL SELECTION - episode 1 13/10/18
With a growing community of Natural Medicine Folk, and an expanding repertoire of knowledge, wisdom, and experience we are proud to announce that you can tune in to our new live chat show NATURAL SELECTION.
Here is the recording of the show, in case you missed it. We had a stunning and in-depth conversation about Tai Chi, Yoga, embodiment, mental health, sexuality, and menstruation. And we were joined by @riverflows also (which is good considering she said she'd never go on voice.... )
For our pilot episode, @metametheus will be having a conversation with @thetreeoflife around a number of #naturalmedicine topics:
- Radical self-love & sexual wellness
- Tai Chi & Yoga as medicine
- Dealing with anxiety
- Life, the universe, and everything.
The chat shows are going to be largely informal and organic, more like a conversation between friends.
And you can be part of it too, with a dedicated audience text-chat channel for asking questions and interacting in the conversation.
You'll also get the opportunity to share your recent posts and help receive some love from other audience members.

I was so disappointed that I missed most of it today but I've got it marked on my calendar for next week and I'm so happy you got a replay. There is such great info there and it's so cool to hear everyone's voices.

Just found out that they are having a celebration of life for one of my dear friends on the 20th so I'm going to miss that session too but marked it for the following week. It sure sounded like you all were having a lot of fun doing it and I do so much want to join in! Thank goodness for the replays but I think it would be more fun and more exchange if I can make it live!
