Hello steemit friends! Having a healthy beautiful skin is undoubtedly adds to our confidence and self -esteem. I am an avid fan of natural products from food- to eat to cosmetics I used.
Usually...the things that I use to put in my face are also stuff that I used in cooking.
Here are some tips to achieve a beautiful natural glowing skin:
Yoghurt is a natural antibacterial and full of antioxidant it delays aging, closes pores and leaves your skin an instant glow.
Turmeric powder( luyang dilaw ) it is a great anti inflammatory to treat acne, pigmentation and scars. It also brightens face adding luster to skin.
Rose water it tones and hydrates face. It has anti inflammatory effect and soothes skin irritation.
Rice water great as a toner, tightens skin, minimize pores and it helps heal skin issues.
Aloe vera a superb moisturizer. It has antibacterial that treats acne. It soothes sunburn and skin irritation.
This simple tips are not only for face but also can be use in hair to treat and enhance.
But of course all this beauty tips will work together with a healthy eating habit, healthy lifestyle to achieve Your ideal YOU.
