Fruit Picking Fun - (FCK Cancer) YOUR upvote costs nothing, HELPS many!
Fruit Picking @ S&R Orchard Perth WA
This morning @shai-hulud and I were pleased to receive a random invite out fruit picking with some close friends and their children. We hadn't seen them since 2017 and had planned to venture out sometime during the day for a walk or hike, so this was perfect.
It combined walking, socialising, food and fun. Added bonus we left with just over a kilo of nectarines and plums per adult for the grand price of $10 each. Bargain! They even had bouncy castles for the kids and wagon rides for the whole family.
See those beautiful curls, he is cutting them all off to raise money to find a cure for leukaemia. He and I will donate all SBD raised from all posts with (FCK Cancer) in the title until early MARCH, check us out and upvote generously for a great cause.
We are also sending his hair off to be made into a wig for a child suffering from hair loss associated with leukaemia. He has been growing it for over 5 years now. I can honestly tell you we are both a bit scared of what he's going to look like...
See our problem! We are aiming to raise $2,500 AUD, which is approx $400 SBD, a whale or two, five dolphins or ten to twenty minnows or 100+ plankton, no matter what the mix you can all help us help others, an upvote costs you nothing and it could help me buy a beanie for that head... Just Jokin, he can freeze all that money is for the kids. lol...
After we filled our bags, we picked a row not yet ripe for the picking and set up a picnic to devour some fruit and a sausage in a bun from the obligatory sausage sizzle.

You should probably try contacting a few. Some of them are mostly distant and unresponsive but some are great. And you only need one in order to have a supstantional gain from upvotes.

Haha, whales. But sometimes whales do feel like bots. 😂

Well you could search on discord. The PAL server has a few. You could try contacting them through a memo by sending 0.001 SBD, but i wouldnt recommend that. Or just talk to your friends. One of them probably knows a whale.
You can always try and go for a witness but then you would need a real program ready with a much larger idea.
They will respond most of the times.

Must be fun to pick fruits when the trees are low... I have an apple tree and it´s high... so I need to have a ladder to harvest them.
There were heaps of nectarines we couldn't reach. They had machines for those one lol. It was good as the kids could pick them too. They loved it.

Thanks, I think he is doing a great thing too, lucky hair grows back for most of us lol.. They do look like apples don't they, they are actually a stone fruit, a nectarine.
