Keeping Warm in The Freezing Cold 1！

Ascending the mountain was a wonderful experience that I will always remember for the many steps spent to conquer it’s gradient. Aside from walking, there would be the obvious challenge of facing the cold and keeping my feet and hands warm were just the very tip of the iceberg so to speak.

Facing the cold isn’t always easy and it’s best to remember a few basic rules when facing these extreme freezing conditions. While it would be great to ascend in the warmth, this would simply not happen on this snowy mountain and compromise that sought keeping the body at an optimal temperature would be the compromise to seek while hiking up. By paying attention to the body temperature, the entire experience would be transformed.
