Shabu Shabu

Shabu Shabu is a hotplate stew that traditionally originates from the Mongolian army using their helmets as pots to cook stew in. This is a food that you boil and add vegetables and meat while you are cooking. My son likes seafood and we ordered the seafood shabu shabu. Just listening to it boil is part of the seafood experience.

Hiking

The best thing to do after a lunch of seafood Shabu Shabu is to go for a hike. We enjoy walking around the temple and the mountain nearby. We found some interesting trees and rocks. Come for a virtual walk with us around the temple and see what we see. The tree we found was more than 400 years old.
