who's at fault? GARBAGE

Garbage is one of the main reason why we have a polluted air now. They must be thrown in a proper dump site or burried under. The air will produce an upleasant odor because the garbage has a different kinds of waste. That is why the government must provide a garbage truck to collect the garbages of each houses. The government decided to have rules in collecting it t oi avoid mixing the wastes. They suggested that the waste must be segragated and the won't pick it up if it will be mixing with different wastes. The citizens agree to this law because they implemented it, it's true that they won't pick your garbage if not segregated.

We put it on a sack so that it will be easy for them to pick it up and throw in the garbage truck and then throw it in a proper dump site. But it's been a week since they dont collect our garbages, no one told us anything, why? The garbages are outside the houses and near in the street which is very disturbing. The odor of the garbages became not good and we are out of sack to put a new garbage.

We followed the laws but they're the one who broke the rules. They said not to blame the government because the changes will start in your community. Now, who is going to blame for this. Maybe if they'll just let us understand why it won't be problem so that our garbages will not be in outside. I am writing this just to express my emotions about this matter since Im not brave enough to be mad at them or to do against them. They had also a personal matters, they had families that might be hungry if they'll be fired on their job. All I want is just a notice from them, explain why. If they'll take long about this, Im afraid someone will be brave enough to tell this in higher officials.
Respect each others position in life so that someone will not take it.
