We all experience ourselves, our thoughts and feeling as what have been separated from the rest, a type of optical delusion of our consciousness.

The delusion we are referring to is a kind of prison for every human being on earth, thereby restricting and denying us our personal aspirations, desires and to affection for a few people noted in our various environment.

Our aims and goals must be drove towards setting ourselves free from this prison. This task can be carried out by widening our circle of compassion to enlarge and embrace all living creatures and the nature at whole in its peak in beauty.

When you seem to be down and feel like weeping, don't be ashamed to weep. Tear shedding is not a sign of loss. It is sometimes right to grieve for something unfortunate that happens. Tears are nothing else but only water. Check flowers, trees, and fruit around you, they cannot grow without water.

It is water that contributes to their growth, if not, they will have withered away. As water strengthens those plants, tears can also make you become much stronger.

After water, plants also need sunlight to grow. For human in relation to the nature, in time, every wounded heart will be healed totally.

By the time that heart becomes healed, the memories of the past and love of our loss is permanent inside to comfort us and to strengthen our will power to move on and get better.

Therefore, there is constraint for us to have faith in nature. If this is done, there is no reason to be afraid.
