Global warming has changed the natural order of events; everything on planet earth seems to not want to follow fundamental principles anymore. Seasons are out of sync like it used to be, and from what HARRP is, you could see that humans are partly the chief architect of our own fortune.
It is no news that humans are now playing God, interfering with the Natural causes to show how advance we have become. Does the name HAARP(High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) ring a bell?
" HAARP is an ionosphere research program that is founded by the US military and the University of Alaska. The first HAARP station is located on Alaska, with the main instrument being the Ionospheric Research Instrument. The instrument, which is a high frequency phased array radio transmitter has a set of 180 antennas. Originally, nature does not hurry; and everything gets done still. Lao Tzu said this probably at a frustrating period when Natural disasters had thrown the existence of humanity in doubt. Tornadoes, Earthquakes, Landslides, Tremors, Tsunamis are all evidence of the fury and hurriedly pattern of nature.
When nature is calm, fruits comes out on their own accord, flowers blossoms without stress, fishes in the ocean and birds in the air all obeys the principle of nature and everything works out well for them, but not human. The heady nature of man, costs both birds and innocent fishes, in the quest to get more out of nature we have committed the most abominable acts and destroy other organisms at large.
Hybrids fruits, seeds, livestock and even artificial weather control like the HAARP program are man’s way of interfering with nature and these things have altered the way things operates naturally, the consequences of these actions has cost us hundreds of souls, Billions of Dollars in damaged properties.
One of the atrocities we have committed to nature is the HAARP program.

This is just a Science program people would say, it is just a facility that is aimed at studying all the behavioural properties of earth's Ionosphere Electrical and Physical features. Yes, it was funded by DARPA (Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency), The US Navy and Airforce with the University of Alaska.
From different sources, there have been numerous allegations the project which is allegedly being used to trigger some of Nature's most dreaded catastrophes like Hurricanes/Tornadoes, Floods, and even Tsunamis. It is claimed to be some sort of Weather weapon and even though the claims have not been substantiated, we could read rumours of its devastating outcomes like Hurricane Matthews, Haiti Earthquake, Floods in Serbia Hurricane Harvey amongst others which has been rumoured to be engineered.

The Venezuelan leader’s claim was debunked by Scientist and they further stated that the 2010 Haitian earthquake was as a result of slippage of an unmapped fault which was previously overlooked along the North American and Caribbean boarders/Tectonic plates.

There were rumours that there are HAARP antennas in Serbia, and those are the real reason for the floods that occurred in the Balkan country in May 2014. The floods destroyed many cities not just in Serbia, but in Bosnia as well."
"Following the floods, there was an online petition organized in Serbia. In the first three days after the petition was online, there were more than 12,000 signatures. We humans made nature gets hurry by our actions, probing deep into the mysteries of nature has consequences, and many like me believe HAARP was man playing god and it has been used for weather manipulations, possessing high energy to offset hurricanes/tornadoes, earthquakes, floods and Tsunamis.
