today's macro + fungi
Today I cut off a few hours from my curriculum to walk around with my baby and (eventually!) did a proper macro photo-session with the puff-balls fungi that are growing in a yard in my neightborhood. I also tried to implement some #googlyeyed stuff, which was waiting and maturing (and annoying / obsessing me, hehe) for more than a week; I will share these results in a proper separate posts. Meanwhile, let me share a few results tonight, as I am very happy how it turned out.

the puffballs already matured, they turned brown and started releasing their spores. a very photo-friendly sight, me thinks.
taken with Canon 5d + Sigma 150mm, natural lighting and tripodless.

Have to say that the acorn is my favourite. Very cool shallow DOF, bokeh and colours. Besides that is macro :)
And the second last shot. Again those colours.. very nice. And low angle - my fav!

You won’t be surprised, but I took a lot of photos like the second from below. really, a lot. I graze on this spot, overgrown with puffball mushrooms, like 90 minutes! (all time on my knees). four people, including my neighbor, one grandma, two teenager girls and 1 little girl with her father, stopped by to ask me -- what exactly I was shooting! I answered: mushrooms. - where?! there we cant see any!! -- but the mushrooms were there, I answered, holding out my camera for them to look. very funny ))))
acorns... they are very cute indeed -- but here all the thanks go to mother nature, not to me!
Hahaha I was never stopped by anyone yet. But I sure must look funny staring at who-knows-what in the grass :D

Я тут привернул стекло от ФЭД-2... чистое макро, надо в поле попробовать, пока я в шоке от результата)))
вот это почти без света с поджатой диафрагмой. Надо ещё бокэ проверить.
неплохо для объектной съемки, но мало.
(всмысле. увеличения).
а попробовать то же с кольцами?
жёлуди конечно хороши..... потому и снял -- но оне хороши сами по себе, спасибо матушке-природе. моего участия в них, как фотографа -- минимум... о_0

Боюсь, что с макро кольцом снимать совсем в упор придётся. Но я попробую. Надо в "поле" выйти. Типа цветочек зацепить. Тут фокус вообще не регулируется. Придётся камеру саму двигать. Но есть ощущение офигенного результата))

знаешь, я уже тоже часто не фокус кручу (выкручено на максимальную близь), а камеру двигаю, на миллиметр, и делаю три дубля. иногда собираю картинку из пару дублей. чтоб больше деталей в зоне резкости оказалось. такие дела. @bambuka
настоящее макро требует жертв :)
Для побольше деталей я диафрагму поджимаю то туда, то сюда. Но тут освещённость важна. Вот думаю сделать кольцо подсветки диодное на объектив. Покупать готовое жаба душит))
на макро объективе как ни поджимай, большой глубины резкости не случится. такие уж эти объективы :/
освещённость архи-важна! нет света, можно вообще сидеть дома и не идти снимать. даже в пасмурный день когда свет есть - не рассчитывай на что-то хорошее. кольцо подсветки или макро вспышка - увеличит качество твоих макро на пару порядков. "готовое" и меня душит, но они вроде не сильно дороги:? @bambuka
таки, для макро особая глубина и не нужна. Можно ещё углом наклона к объекту поиграть. Вот, кстати, светосильное стекло с кольцами помогает и в пасмурьё. Из рава можно вытянуть приличную картинку.
Есть у меня кусок ленты светодиодной, детальки фонариков. Всё не соберусь поколдовать. А пора бы)) Можно и купить, но как -то ...))
