Patagonian raspberry? No a Murtilla Berries (Empetrum Rubrum)!

Third day in Los Glaciares we see a lot of red berries which look like europe's strawberries! We asked our guide if we can eat it and what is the name of this type of berry - he told us it is very tasty and it is called Murtilla Berry (one of three typical Patagonian berries). They doesn’t have much flavor but guide said to us that it is prized for its water content by those stranded for weeks in the mountains (thankfully it was not us :-))
