The beauty of Rote Island-East Nusa Tenggara

Rote Island is the southernmost island of Indonesia. Located in East Nusa Tenggara, Rote Island can be reached in 1-2 hours (depending on the current wave conditions) using a ferry from Tenau Port in Kupang, or 30 minutes by plane from El Tari Airport, Kupang with a schedule of 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday / Saturday (depending on weather conditions).
In general, Rote Island is a natural destination and is well known to world surfers because of the big waves.
Not just a place to surf, the beauty of the underwater was no less tempting. The colorful coral reefs are also very diverse fish and marine animals. This island is like a paradise for anyone who loves diving. Not many tourists know the beauty of the underwater island of Rote.
Don't forget to also visit Leviti Beach in East Rote. This beach has a coral cliff extending to the right and left side, so that makes the Beach Leviti looks like a beach dip alone.
The sand is still pure white, feels soft on the feet. The water is also clear blue transparent. But it's best not to swim too far from the shoreline because the current is quite fast in the middle. Still in Rote Timur, the Thousand Mouth can also be jujugan. So named because this beach has many cliffs and coral around it, such as forming a cave and looks to have many "mouths." During the journey to the Thousand Mouth using a motorized wooden boat, tourists will pass through rows of naturally formed cliffs. There are also views of the rocks overgrown with trees.
