Amigurumi: Woodstock for Valentine's Day

  Hello, dear members of all communities, welcome back to my blog, continuing with the #amigurumis, today I want to present to you the elaboration of Woodstock a yellow bird that is the best friend of Snoopy, secondary character created by Charles Schulz. I made this character with a heart to dedicate it to Valentine's Day, also known as Love and Friendship Day, I hope you like it and enjoy it. You can it for your partner, friends or anyone you want, it's very easy to do.

  The materials I used were: crochet thread yellow, black and for the heart you can use red, fuchsia or any color of your preference, crochet number 1.15mm, scissors, needle to sew wool and wadding to fill. The pattern you can get at: Pinterest, however I wanted to place every detail of the pattern

  To make Woodstock, we are going to start with the yellow head, making in, lap 1 a magic ring with 6 low points, for lap 2 weave an increase for each base point, i.e. weave, 6 increases, finishing the lap with 12 low points. In lap 3, 4 and 5 weave a low point for each base point, weaving in each lap 12 points..

  For lap 6, weave 6 consecutive increases and then weave 6 low points (1 point for each base point), finishing the lap with 18 points, in lap 7 and 8 perform 1 point for each base point, for lap 9 weave 6 decreases consecutive and 6 low points, finishing with 12 points. Fill and close with needle to sew wool.

  To realize the body, start with a magic ring with 6 low points, in lap 2 weave an increase for each base point, obtaining 12 points, lap 3, weave 1 point and 1 increase, repeat until finishing the lap with 18 points. Lap 4 and 5, knit one point for each base point, knitting 18 points in each lap. For lap 6 make 6 consecutive decreases and 6 low points, finishing the lap with 12 points, in lap 7 knit one point for each base point. Lap 8 knit 3 consecutive decreases and then 6 low stitches, close and leave yarn to knit, join both pieces. See the image of the union of head and body.

Then I made the heart, making two circles of the same size, I sewed them and knitted them until the heart was complete.See the image of some steps of the elaboration of the heart.
