Its Teachers Day
Teachers Play an important role in building a Good nation. Without this tribe Progress is impossible in any nation. Future of the Students lies in the hands of Teachers. It depends on them either they make him Good or bad.
Thats why Teacher is the most respectful tribe in the world.
Teachers day is celebrated on 5 october each year. Purpose of this day is to encourage teachers and show respect to them. This day students present gifts to their Teachers to show their love with Teachers.
After coming to this world the first Teacher of each child is her Mother that teaches him how to speak and walk. When a child starts speaking and walking. He is sent to the school where he meet his Teacher. Now it becomes challenging for the Teacher to make him a Successful man in the society.
Teachers are given respect not only by Students but also from every memeber of the city. No Student can get success in the world if he dont respect a Teacher.
There should be a good relationship between Teachers and students in order to achieve Good results.
Teacher should ensure students that they are in a safe place.
Teachers should make learning fun.
Teachers should also respect students so that they can learn maximum.
These are the keys for the maximum output.
Sometimes misunderstanding between Teachers and students makes them think that they are against each other. For example when a student dont learn his leason , he is punished by the Teacher which Creates hate in minds of students.
To ensure safety of students Government of Pakistan announced that no Teacher has the right to punish a student physically. If a student dont learn his lesson he should be convinced with love and not by punishment.
Now there are a lot of academies opened by teachers where they gives tutuion to students. This makes a Teacher more Greedy thats why the respect of Teachers is decreasing day by day.
Students think that they are paying to teachers.
To stop this disrespectul behaviour and thinking of students, all academies should be banned.
Teachers Should be bound to teach students in School times. Because this way we can honour our Teachers.
Another thing that is making differences in the students is Favoutism. Some Teachers pay heed to only their favourite students as a result other students are discouraged. This behaviour of Teachers should be changed and they should teach each student equally.
I am still a student and trying to learn more from my respectful Teachers. With their efforts im here writing english words. This is all possible with the Help of Teachers.
