Ahkamullah Al mutaaliqo Bil Faldi (Laws of Allah SWT related to individuals) Like Sholat, Fasting, Zakat, Hajj, Everything related to worship Mahdoh (our relationship with Allah SWT) was in Indonesia there is no law that prohibits it .
Ahkamullah Al mutaaliqo Bil Usroh (God's Laws relating to households / families) such as marriage, divorce, probate and division of inheritance.
it turns out that in Indonesia there is no law that prohibits all of it. Not even banned, the Government supports and provides its tools, there are Laws of Marriage & Divorce, there are even KHI (compilation of Islamic Law), even the government provides the Religious Courts.
Ahkamullah Al mutaaliqo Bil Mujtama (Laws of Allah SWT related to social social including education) such as trade, banking, insurance, education is not banned in Indonesia using Islamic law.
Examples of education are Pesantren, Islamic way of trading such as syariat bank.
Ahkamullah Al mutaaliqo Bil Daulah (Laws of Allah SWT relating to the power of the State) means there is a law law of Allah SWT that we can not uphold without the involvement of the state.
We can not play our own law, like cutting off thieves' hands, stoning.
In madzhab imam syafii a quarter dinar, 1 dinar = 2.400.000 a quarter 600,000 so in the Syafii school 600,000 already must be cut off hands.
