Besides the assets declared in the previous declaration of assets, during this fiscal year, a Toyota Corolla GLI Car No.LED-13/1246 was obtained through leasing from MCB by the approval of Hon’ble Lahore High Court, Lahore. The monthly installments have to be deducted from my salary for the next five years. However, twenty percent advance payment was made by me to the tune of Rs.4,04,561/- in cash out of my savings of the previous two fiscal years already declared, after getting approval from the Hon’ble High Court.
Cash in hand Rs.8,30,000/- including cash lying in the bank accounts, as given in column No. X. Necessary permission was obtained from Hon’ble Lahore High Court to get Toyota Corolla GLI on leasing from MCB, after depositing 20% advance payment.

No change as far as investment in defence saving certificates already declared in the declaration of assets in the year 2010-2011, however, my wife Mst. Zahida Parveen had invested Rs.50,000,00/- (rupees fifty lacs only) in fixed deposit for one year in Allied Bank Limited, EME Branch, Lahore, out of sale proceeds of her plot measuring one Kanal in PIA Colony, Lahore, sold out in the last year and already declared in the previous declaration of assets. Out of said amount of Rs.50,000,00/-, she has encashed certificate of fixed deposit for an amount of Rs.25,000,00/- and out of that amount, she has invested an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- in the business of rice being carried out by her cousin (Khala Zad) Mr. Muhammad Ayyub Qureshi in Tehsil Daska, District Sialkot and profit out of said investment is yet to be received. Since the amount of investment was made out of sale proceeds of plot measuring One Kanal already sold out by my wife as she was exclusive owner of that plot got from her father through family settlement, already declared in a number of annual declaration of assets submitted by undersigned, therefore, my wife being personal owner of that property / amount, no permission from Hon’ble Lahore High Court for spending that amount or making any investment by my wife is required.

During the last fiscal year, a Toyota Corolla GLI car, as pointed out in column No.VI above, was got on leasing from MCB with the approval of Hon’ble Lahore High Court. After payment of 20% of advance payment, almost a sum of Rs.19,000,00/- is yet to be paid to the said bank through monthly installments from my salary over a period of five years. During the last fiscal year, 20% advance amount to the tune of Rs.4,04,561/- was paid to the MCB while taking the said car on leasing with the approval of Hon’ble Lahore High Court and that amount was paid out of my savings for the last two fiscal years already declared in my annual declaration of assets.
