Dried apple cake with apples / vegan recipe/
You certainly know the classic stuffed cake with custard. This recipe is with apples, it is simple and very tasty. And it s Vegan :)
raw materials
1 cup of baby semolina
1 cup of smooth flour
1 cup of flour sugar / I give brown sugar /
1 roll of bread
1 kg grated apple
according to the taste bud
coconut oil
We prepare a 20 x 30 cm sheet, brush the bottom thoroughly with coconut oil and sprinkle with flour.
We will use a 300 ml mug. In a larger dish, mix all loose ingredients. In the second bowl, mix well grated apples with cinnamon.
Put the loose mixture on the bottom of the cleaned and flour coated sheet (so smepeme so that we do not see the bottom of the plate). On a dry mixture, lay apples that we do not share in our hands. Again, lay the loose mixture and again the apples. Finish with a loose layer and add coconut oil to the top
Put the stuffed cake in a preheated oven. Bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
