PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA--
The PRIME MINISTER of India is the leader of the executive of the Government of India . The prime minister is the chief adviser to the president of India and head of the council of ministers.The prime minister is the second head person of India. The pime minister can be member of any of the two houses of the parliament of India.
1)Lok Sabha ---- House of the people
2)Rajya Sabha --Council of the states , but has to be a member of the political party or coalition,having a majority in the Lok Sabha.

LOK SABHA---

Lok Sabha (House of people)--
Lok Sabha is the lower house of India's bicameral Parliament with the upper house being the Rajya Sabha .Member of the Lok Sabha are elected by adult universal suffrage and first past the post system to represent their respective constituencies,and they hold their seats for 5 year or untill the body is dissolve by the President on the advise of the council of ministers.
The maximum strength of House allotted by the constitution 552 but currently 545 allotted .

RAJYA SABHA--
(

The RAJYA SABHA or Council of states is the upper house of parliament of India.Member of the RAJYA SABHA is limited by constitutionto a maximum 250 members.Moat of the members of the house are indirectly elected by state and territorial using single transferable votes.
