Lebanese FM meets Jordanian counterpart in Amman
BEIRUT, LEBANON (2:00 P.M.) - Lebanese Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil began his official visit in Jordan, today, by meeting with his counterpart Ayman Safadi in the capital city of Amman.
According to the National News Agency of Lebanon, Bassil and Safadi discussed a number of topics, including commercial trade and the refugee crisis.
Following a joint press conference by the two ministers, Bassil met with King Abdullah II in order to hand him an invitation from President Michel Aoun to attend the Arab Economic and Social Development Summit to be held in January in Beirut.
