[Analysis] Media sieges and Lawfare in South America [Argies Independent Herald]

I was never a big fan of conspiracies. However, there are times when a succession of events allows me to conclude that there are stronger powers than the government that manage society.

Democracy creaks. Elected presidents are dismissed in the face of never proven corruption scandals. An anti-political movement is being forged, which seeks to put CEOs in control of governments. The whistleblowers who could expose their corruption are however, corrupt themselves and swing to whichever direction the lobby does. Social movements are under a permanent siege of concentrated economic power, because its nothing personal, lower wages and less rights always benefit the ruling classes.. We are in a time where wars are invisible to the eyes but its effects are felt everywhere. The battle takes place in the cultural, big media and judicial fields.

Big media around the world operates like a sinister influencer, with unchecked facts and half baked truths. It is a topic that I touched several times but I will nevertheless make a summary to contextualize the magnitude of the media war we are facing in our beloved South America.

Through a systematic and constant attacks, the media influences public opinion in a forceful way because they will never document the information they provide, nor will they investigate or present people formed in the topic of debate. There are even today hundreds of ghost NPO, who do not do more than create and manipulate statistics that are then used as a reference for those soap opera that they call newscasts.

They do not report, nothing in their speech is information; it is just a story previously chewed and loaded with opinion given to the spectator. They use indignation, they poison the minds of people with data without sustenance or taken out of context in order to create an opinion according to their interests. Let's remember that the media is not just that, the owners of the media; they are also shareholders in food companies, services, communications, etc.

They will stealthily inject ideas related to their objectives and provide us with poisoned and partial information. They bid to install a unified discourse that serves the purpose of their masters. This phenomenon is understandable and natural, since it would be naive to believe that a corporation would communicate against its own interests. As an empirical proof of this, it is enough to read the opinions of the big media talking about cryptocurrencies, radio, television, newspapers are property of the big international banks (like jp Morgan) it is natural that every mention that your media make is a review negative and apocalyptic towards the cryptosphere. The reason is simple, an elite maintains the monopoly of the financial system. Why should they give up their extraordinary privileges? After all ... They have all the means and resources so that their word is the only one, they have all the famous communicators paid, enough to incentivize them ($) appropriately and an army of mercenaries with microphone intoxicate the minds of the population with false information.

When the state, tries to fulfill its role of legislating, tries to balance the market and demonopolize; they cry lowder and take shelter in the freedom of speech. They accuse their enemies of corruption and raise politicians who are functional to their interests. The few times when a political leader acquires the confidence of his electorate, it will be overthrown by any means necessary. Sadly, the most contemporary example of this is in Brazil, with its ex-president Dilma Rousseff. She was removed from her position for acts of corruption that were never proven. But the power to forge reality artificially has such a scope that evidence and facts matter no more, only perception. We are facing an perfect defamation machinery. Anyone who dares to stand against the established power sees his or her honor sullied by the forked tongue of the economic empire. Ignacio Lula Da Silva, former president of the Brazilian mandate, placed his country among the 6 economic powers of the world. A country of black people. The empire does not forgive things like that.

Lula is currently imprisoned without evidence, Lula has a 40% intention to vote and shortly after the elections and despite express requests from the United Nations, the Brazilian court prohibits Lula from participating in the elections. Further south, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner faces many indictments without any kind of support or proof. However, the newspapers, news and even cooking programs mention the alleged corruption of a president who: Go the country out of default and off its debt in full to both private foreign funds and the IMF, Reduced unemployment to a single digit, boosted the industry, fought against the big media, built universities, schools, hospitals, power lines, fiber optic cables, social assistance, retirement for people without contributions, gave millions of netbooks to children in different levels of education, allowed gay marriage, constructed trains and I'm really mentioning a tiny part of the achievements of his -prolonged- government. But none of this matters, the constant patter of selective hatred accuses and judges this president. The same happens to Correa, whom I consider a highly cultured political leader. But what happens in Brazil is outrageous. According to the owners of the world, speaking through their carefully placed presidents, all progressive leaders are the sole source of corruption and decay and on the other side, businessmen and political leaders related to the business community and local elites, are saintly persons. Isn´t this at least a little suspicious?

Lula Da Silva - Former president of Brasil escorted to jail, his followers always with him.

And the judges? Does the legal apparatus react?

Spoiler: it doesn´t. In the few cases where the judges are not corrupt, they act under the fear and threats that the media corporation throws its journalistic hyena pack after their reputation and integrity, after all if you walk the political world for enough time, everyone has some skeletons in the closet, no matter how good their intentions, and those are used as ammo for this war. That, I repeat, in the rare cases that the judge is not corrupt outright and willingly accepts contributions to bend veredicts to the needs of these white-collar criminals. The claws of these vultures hover over the flesh of the working people.

Democracy creaks. The elites manage from the shadows to society and seek absolute passivity to those who dominate, no matter the hunger, to die in silence. If they go out to publicly demonstrate, they will meet with the batons of the police and sadly, with bullets in their bodies. And once again, as always, the poor people die just for pointing out our society's injustices.

Need a evidence? Just watch this!
