I thought the concurrence was interesting. Two associate justices think this is a free-speech issue. The state, they argue, cannot tell a citizen what he can and cannot put on a cake as part of artistic expression.
Narrow holding. Will be interesting to see how next year's case is handled by the court. I doubt it will be another 7-2 in favor of those who discriminate based on religious ideals.
