A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP REPAIRS DNA - IT’S VITAL - Spigot 3/7/19
Scientists at Bar-Ilan University, have found that DNA’s repaired while we sleep.
It could be the reason sleep’s important; without it, who’d do the upkeep?
This obviously means that sleep deprivation, puts us in a state of decaying,
As our DNA’s repaired less when awake, it increases the price we’ll be paying.
Sleep’s not only necessary, but vital, and the lack of it is self-destruction.
For those who can’t sleep, seeing this info may add to their sleep obstruction.

And it would destroy your house completely, if you forgot to put food in its pail.

You’d have to have watched them on their show, on the E! Network, coast to coast.
