How much did the military spend yesterday? $3.9 billion
A $3 billion multiple-award contract yesterday made by the Navy went to six companies (listed below). These are multiple-award, firm-fixed-price blanket purchase agreements in accordance with a General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule contract and will provide commercially available Microsoft brand name perpetual software licenses and annual subscriptions for the Department of Defense, US intelligence community, and US Coast Guard activities worldwide.

I believe that they are high and unspeakable expenses, at least a quarter of that money should be invested in other things
