'Teacher Transfer Policy' to stop lobbying

The Primary and Mass Education Ministry is not interested in amendment of the teacher transfers policy in government primary schools. According to sources, the process of amending the policy has been postponed due to the hiring of teacher in Metropolitan and City Corporations.

According to the sources, twice in 2009 and 2011 and 2015, together, the primary 'teacher transfer policy' was changed four times. Last year, in the year 2017, the Ministry of the Ministry approved the draft policy to make changes for the fifth time. But before the final approval, the teacher was shifted to the Ministry of Education. As a result, the ministry has not given final approval.

Article 3 of Article 3 of the draft, it has been said, the primary teachers can be transferred to the husband's workplace area or its adjoining area (subject to being depleted). Before the husbands could transfer their husbands to their respective districts, many changes had to be made to change their husband's workplace area, which was a lot of trouble. Changes in policy can apply for transfer in a few categories including humanitarian reasons. As a result, the primary teachers can stay with their husbands.

In 2015, the teacher's wife / husband could be transferred to the workplace if he was employed in government, semi-government or autonomous organization. If there is a severe chaos in the semi-formal section, the word 'semi-official' will be excluded from the term and it is said in the new section that the teachers of the newly recruited banks and MPO affiliates will be transferred to the workplace.

It is also said in the draft policy that if women teachers get married after getting a job they will be able to transfer to the neighboring school of their husband's workplace. Disabled teachers can be transferred to nearby schools in the adjoining address. If the husband dies or becomes a major accident, there will be a suitable replacement for any reason at any time of the year, including place of convenience. The teachers who have been recruited in remote areas will be able to get their job transferred to their area after five years instead of 10 years. Apart from this, many nationalized teachers have been appointed in different districts, they will be transferred to their respective districts.
