Electoral Court Issues First Decision on Fake News Concerning the Coming Election

The Superior Electoral Court (TSE) decided on Thursday (the 7th) that "exaggerated and effusive headlines containing untruthful information about [presidential] candidate Marina Silva" will have to be taken down from the internet in the next 48 hours.
