The Precht architecture studio has developed "Farmhouse", a modular life concept in which residents produce their own food in real vertical orchards.

According to experts, in 50 years 80% of the population will live in cities and we will have to change the food production and distribution system if we want to feed them all.

If food is grown at a zero distance from its consumption, the entire transport infrastructure is saved, as well as the use of packaging, which would drastically reduce the environmental damage.

It also includes a rainwater treatment system, which enriches with nutrients and distributes it to greenhouses.
Of course, food waste is collected and converted into fertilizer.

Also, as an added value, we can enjoy the pleasures of the countryside in the meetings of neighbors.
