Julian Assange arrested in UK.

Some people have been long waiting for this moment....

The Australian founder of Wikileaks was arrested in London yesterday. He was living in the Ecuadorian embassy for the past 7 years to avoid extradition to Sweden.

There were rumors even for a death penalty if his trial takes place in the US. Assange is charged for crimes such as hacking and exploiting classified government documents, most of which are related to war crimes.

For now it's up to the UK to decide the future of this case. Will they extradite him?

Do I need to remind you that this man is a journalist? Is this the future for those who speak the truth and exploit dirty secrets? He should get a fuckin medal if you ask me.

Our world needs more men like Assange. Men who are not afraid to speak the truth, no matter what the consequences are. At least many of us now know...thanks to this man and his network.

PS. I just hope that he gets a fair trial, even though I highly doubt it...there are many bastards who'd love to see him crucified...
