The Supreme Court of India on Tuesday, after the publication of the National Citizenship Pole in Assam on Monday, said that no more repression or force-torture has been done to the 40 lakhs left out of the NRC draft.

The NRC authorities have informed that the final citizen status will be published by December 31 this year. And for those whose names have not been included in the draft list, the names for those names are given from 30 August to 28 September.

The NRC list of Assam is published on Monday. To make their name in the list, 3 million and 29 million people living in Assam apply. But there has been 28 million people in the quota That means 40 to 41 lakh people living in Assam could not name the list as 'Indian'.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee expressed her anger after the NRC list was published. He said, "We will not accept the chase of 40 lakhs Bengali people from Assam. Fight against it. I will see the last. '
