Besides, in the southern parts of Bangladesh, there may be rains in Chittagong, Teknaf and coastal areas. For this reason, fishing boats and trawlers operating in the Bay of Bengal have been advised to travel near the coast carefully until further notice.

In the morning the Weather Department predicted that monsoon winds are fairly active on Bangladesh. It is in moderate condition in the Bay of Bengal. For this reason, in some parts of Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions and some areas of Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh and Dhaka Division may be light to moderate rain or thunderstorms, including temporary gusty wind. There is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rains anywhere. There may be slight changes in this weather for the next three days.
