Introducing Questionable Authority

We started our YouTube channel with the name News Now Northwest. After 6 months of police/government accountability videos we decided we needed a more unique name to make us stand out more and help give our channel a unique identity. "Questionable Authority" is the new name of the channel...or Q.A. for short. The nice thing is we can also claim the QA stands for "Question Authority" or "Quality Assurance".

This first video and blog post here is to introduce us to the Steemit community. We have some good content on YouTube under our old name. We will be sharing some of that content here with an accompanying story as well.

The content of this first video anarchy and the cult of personality. We have been conditioned to believe certain things about anarchy. We have been conditioned to believe it is chaos, confusion and disorder. All these beliefs have been pushed on us by the ruling class. It is easy to convince the masses life is to hard to handle all on your own. You can't be responsible enough and need the government creating rules to watch out for you. This video(link to video at the bottom of this blog entry) is just an intro into the idea of anarchy/voluntaryism and what the concept really means which is simply, no rulers. It exposes how we have been conditioned to think it is unattainable and we need government to provide at least minimal security to protect us. I say having someone else responsible for protecting us makes us weak and gets us used to not having to do certain "hard things" for ourselves.

The next concept I briefly talk about is "Cult of Personality". This is where we blindly support someone because it is popular or whatever reason we may find. Yet we make excuses for hypocritical and even immoral behavior by those who rule over us. Instead of getting caught up in personalities get caught up in ideals and morals. then follow and support people when they support the same things, when they differ from your ideals let them know and don't be supportive. Read between the lines and think for yourself! Knowledge is power.
