France reached the World Cup semifinals after a relatively straightforward win over Uruguay courtesy of goals from Raphael Varane and Antoine Griezmann.

40': Raphael Varane scores a goal, assisted by Antoine Griezmann.

44': Martín Cáceres almost scores a goal.

61': Antoine Griezmann scores a goal, assisted by Corentin Tolisso.

Bullshit Time:

Uruguay without Cavani just like a bird lost one wing. Suárez and Cavani together can create a lot of chances. And this how they beat Portugal few days ago. Even thought without Cavani, Uruguay didn't let France win easily, and if they could score the goal at 44 minute, this would be a different game.

I would like to say Second goal at 61 minute killed the game. It was lucky goal, a crucial mistake by the Uruguay's keeper.

France and Brazil are the best team so far I saw in this World Cup. They all play beautifull soccer.

Man of the match: Antoine Griezmann, 27 years old, 176cm, 67kg, has 19 goals 9 assists in La Liga, 2 goals 2 assists in UEFA Champions League, and 6 goals 2 assists in UEFA Europa League for Atletico Madrid last season.
