SHERBURNE, NY -- You won't have to go another summer without a chance to try, for the first time, legal beer ice cream in New York.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo Tuesday signed a bill that adds ice cream made with beer and hard cider to the existing 10-year-old law that legalized wine ice cream.
