Today's Discovery - Paradigm Noodles
Greeetings fellow readers,
Today was the first time I tried the famous restaurant in Paradigm Mall - Home Noodle at Petaling Jaya. I have always wanted to go to a place that serves good noodles, as I was getting tired of the type of noodles that they normally serve at Go-Noodle.
First of all, the name of the restaurant was spot on, the type of noodles they serve really reminds me of the type that my mom use to cook. I got myself the noodles with pork slices, in Tomato broth. The tomato soup boosted the overall umami of the noodles, along with the pork slices that goes with it.
The restaurant offered alot of side dishes, but I didn’t really get any. The noodles already came with the egg, and that was all I needed. The noodles was quite filling, and I really couldn’t ask for a better bowl of noodles for now.
Overall very satisfied with the restaurant, the price was abit steep, RM15-which was still quite alright but a tad bit on the more expensive side.
