Fjære sjø på Andøya
Dei langgrunne strendene på Andøya er spesielle med mykje tang og tare. Med stor skilnad på flo og fjøre vert det store areal som vert tørrlagde på fjæra. Nokre bidlde frå vestsida av Andøya ilustrerer dette fenomenet.
The long shallow beaches on the island of Andøya is exceptional with a lot of seaweed and kelp. With the significant difference between ebb and tide pools are large area dry on the low tide. Some pictures from the west side of Andøya illustrates this phenomenon.
