Debe ser el encuadre que elegiste para tu imagen, si ntopaz tiene una interfaz algo rara a la hora subir posts, tienes que elegir un ratio de encuadre y en ocasiones ampliarlo o moverlo para que quede la imagen completa si no entra las dimensiones predeterminadas.
Si yo elegí el encuadre perfecto antes pero al final quedó cortado🤣 hace unos meses me pasaba eso por lo que no había publicado más pero hace poco subí 2 y todo bien hasta que volvió a pasar que me queda cortado pero voy a probar de nuevo a ver si la próxima tengo más suerte jajaj
